When you purchase or inquire about our weaves, we collect information you provide directly to us: full name, billing and delivery addresses, email address, phone number, and transaction identifiers. We do not store raw credit card numbers or CVVs on our servers; all payment transactions are tokenized through RBI-authorized payment processors (Razorpay).
2. How We Utilize Your Data
We strictly utilize your data to process and dispatch your handwoven orders, send shipping SMS/WhatsApp alerts, process returns, and (with your explicit consent) share occasional invitations to new limited-edition weave launches.
3. Zero Third-Party Sale
We strictly adhere to a zero-compromise policy: we never sell, rent, monetize, or lease your private contact information to external marketing agencies or third-party brokers under any circumstances.
4. Your Rights & Erasure
