Complimentary Domestic Shipping
We are delighted to offer complimentary Standard Express Courier shipping on all domestic Indian orders above ₹2,999. For orders below ₹2,999, a nominal logistics contribution of ₹150 is applied at checkout.
Dispatch Timelines & Lead Times
Ready-to-ship handloom sarees and artisanal dupattas are inspected and dispatched from our Kota studio within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and national holidays). Made-to-order bespoke bridal drapes usually take 10 to 18 weaving days before dispatch.
Worldwide International Shipping
We deliver worldwide to patrons across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific via DHL Express. International transit takes 5 to 8 business days. Customs duties or local taxes levied by destination countries are handled directly by the recipient.
Transit Insurance & Tamper-Proof Packaging
Each shipment is wrapped in water-resistant protective film, encased in our commemorative rigid Kota Dori keepsake box, and sealed with tamper-evident security tape. All parcels are 100% insured against loss or damage in transit until safely signed for at your doorstep.
